🛠️ Role Overview An Interior Architect designs and transforms indoor spaces, merging architectural principles with interior design to shape functional and visually engaging environments. This role involves working from early concept stages through technical detailing, adhering to building codes, integrating structural and MEP systems, and coordinating with clients and consultants Architectural 📌 Key Responsibilities Client & site coordination: Understand project goals through consultations, site visits, and analysis . Space planning & layout design: Optimize traffic flow, accessibility, and spatial functionality Concept development & visualization: Create mood boards, concept sketches, renderings, models, and 3D visualizations HouzzChuckanut Builders Technical design & documentation: Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, door/window schedules, finish schedules, and specifications Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, and ensure code compliance (fire, ADA, egress, etc.) Material and finish selection: Research and specify sustainable, durable materials and finishes Architectural Project execution & contract administration: Handle RFIs, oversee site installations, and ensure design intent Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors . 2d Detail in drawing & 3D design
