Job Title: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (CPQ + Billing + Service Cloud) with Kaltura Experience Location : Remote / India Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, billing automation, and customer service workflows, along with practical exposure to Kaltura integration for multimedia-driven customer experiences. This role demands collaboration across business, technical, and operations teams to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that drive revenue optimization and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) solutions to support dynamic pricing, quoting, subscription, and invoicing processes. Lead Service Cloud implementation, integrating case management, customer support, and knowledge base functionalities. Configure and optimize Billing Cloud processes including product catalog, order management, payment, and revenue recognition workflows. Integrate Kaltura with Salesforce for video-based learning, customer engagement, and support experiences. Define and manage end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Service workflows ensuring system scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver customized Salesforce solutions. Provide hands-on development support using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation with a focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), billing cycles, and subscription-based business models. Experience integrating or leveraging Kaltura or other multimedia/video platforms within Salesforce. Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, Data Loader, and REST/SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud architecture. Ability to lead requirement gathering, functional design, and solution delivery with minimal supervision. Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desirable. Good to Have: Experience working in Media, EdTech, SaaS, or Subscription-based business domains. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Dell Boomi. Exposure to Revenue Recognition systems or FinancialForce integrations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce Certifications preferred.
