Key Responsibilities: Client Management Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements to recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities. Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the buying process. Sales & Lead Generation Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns. Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Property Showings & Meetings Organize and conduct site visits, property viewings, and client meetings. Present property features, amenities, and pricing in a professional manner. Negotiation & Closing Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a smooth closing process. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for registration and agreement formalities. Market Awareness & Reporting Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (especially commercial). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive. Salary: 15k-25k(depends on the experience and communication skills)
