Create a relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, focusing on their comfort and wellness experience. Assess guest needs, preferences, and any contraindications before starting treatments. Keep treatment rooms, linens, tools, and spa areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times. Adhere strictly to service guidelines, treatment protocols, and safety standards. Handle spa tools, oils, and machines correctly and report any issues to supervisor/s. Attend regular training sessions to improve skills, learn new treatments, and stay updated on industry trends.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • To perform Therapies/massages with in depth understanding and applicability in a timely, courteous and efficient manner as per the defined procedures and guidelines • Supervise and mentor junior therapists, supporting skill development and service consistency. • Ensure all treatment rooms and spa areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. • Monitor and ensure all therapists adhere to the established standards, ensuring consistency in treatment quality and client satisfaction. • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling of spa therapists. • Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and treatment protocols. • Perform skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve therapist performance. • Help in the recruitment of qualified therapists • Resolving day-to-day queries and grievances (if any) of the team

Required Skills : *Proven 1 year of experience in the Retail Department working as a Beauty Advisor or a similar role. *Professional certification in Beauty Therapy and Makeup, Medical Aesthetician or any other relevant course. Certifications in cosmetology will be an added benefit. *Exceptional customer service skills. *Must possess a presentable personality. *Ability to apply makeup flawlessly. *Excellent knowledge of different skin and hair types. *Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products. *Excellent oral and written communication skills. *Good interpersonal skills. *Excellent eye on detail. *Good time management skills *Ability to meet deadlines. Identifying different skin types andsuggestingproducts as per their requirements. Informing clients about different makeup techniques. Suggesting various kinds of skin care regimes. Giving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs. Helping customers find solutions for all their skin and hair problems. Maintaining client relations through follow-up calls and emails. Informing the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available. Suggesting and selling cosmetics to customers. Monitoring the stock level and ordering more products when required. Managing the transactions by noting them in the cash register.

Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain guest confidentiality. Spa Operations: Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences. Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies. Adhere to spa policies and procedures. Assist with general spa maintenance and cleanliness. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest spa treatments and techniques. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required. Sales: Recommend and promote spa products and services to guests. Achieve sales targets as set by management.
