Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team at The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services and advice to our clients.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide personalized beauty advice and recommendations to clients based on their skin type, hair color, and personal preferences.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement customized beauty plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to ensure expert advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of beauty services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and tidy.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a Beauty Advisor or Artist.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
