We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Beauty Advisor/Artist with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality makeup services.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide personalized, inspiring, and authentic customer experiences.
Create impactful in-store events and ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising.
Collaborate as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products, including ingredients, features, and benefits.
Assist customers in selecting makeup products based on their skin type, tone, and personal preferences.
Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and technologies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in makeup artistry or related field.
Strong understanding of makeup principles, techniques, and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
All applicants must be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
