As a Beauty Advisor, your role involves providing personalized beauty consultations in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction & Consultation: Greet customers, identify their beauty needs and goals, and provide personalized recommendations for skincare, makeup, and hair care products. - Product Demonstration: Show customers how to properly use various beauty, skin, and hair care products. - Sales & Cross-selling: Actively promote and sell products, and suggest complementary items (like serums or hair care) to enhance the customer's purchase. - Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of beauty products, ingredients, and the latest beauty trends. - Stock Management: Ensure the beauty department is organized, well-stocked, and that products are displayed attractively. - Achieving Targets: Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
