Beam Saw and CNC Machine Operator – Furniture Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beam Saw and CNC Machine Operator to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating beam saw machines and CNC machinery, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beam Saw Operation:
• Operate beam saw machines to cut various materials according to specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before cutting.
• Adjust saw blades, speed, and feed rates as needed for different materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.

CNC Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for furniture manufacturing.
• Program CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating beam saw and CNC machines in a furniture manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for machine programming and record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific CNC programming languages and software.
• Familiarity with different types of materials used in furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
