About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the gypsum plastering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to drive sales and market expansion.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and project developers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the building materials or gypsum plastering industry is a strong advantage.
