As a Business Development Manager at our Client, a leading Indian Integrated Facility Management and Security Services company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the Security and Facility Management industry. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and fostering client relationships. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and market mapping. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver personal sales targets through profitable, client-specific business. - Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships, negotiate contracts, and increase the new business pipeline. - Sales Funnel Management: Generate leads, optimize the sales funnel, and collaborate with the internal team to convert business. - Key Account Management: Strategically align with key account clients with CRM to ensure organic growth and new business referrals. - Client Engagement: Manage pre-qualification processes, identify prospective client expectations, and design tailored commercial proposals. - Market Mapping: Conduct research to identify new markets, prospects, customer growth potential, emerging trends, and unique requirements. - Promote Services: Address and predict client objectives, offering solutions that promote the company's services. - Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines. - Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, etc. - After-Sales Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the Security and Facility Management industry or related services. - Skills: Sales funnel optimization, corporate sales management, lead generation, business acquisition, facility management (FM), business development, and client acquisition.
