As a leading digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us expand our client base and lead a growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities for services such as Website Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Optimization in the international market.
  • Set up, manage, and train a high-performing business development team; mentor team members to meet individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct client meetings—virtual and in-person—to understand requirements, present proposals, and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and post-sale services, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to design tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and past clients through regular follow-ups and personalized outreach.
  • Review monthly earnings and expenses to track profitability and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities to position our services competitively.
  • Encourage and collect client feedback to strengthen credibility and referrals.
  • Setting up, managing and training the team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in technology or IT services is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and foster a positive team culture.
