Job Title: Business Development Manager (International) Location: Mohali Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (International) to expand our global footprint by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B lead generation using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based strategies . This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified international leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Identify and target potential clients in key global markets through research and networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with revenue goals. Track and report performance metrics, campaign results, and lead conversion data. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or lead generation. Strong experience in cold calling, crafting compelling emails, and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proven ability to generate leads and nurture relationships in international markets. Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
