Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: As per branch requirement
CTC Range: ₹2.50 – ₹3.50 LPA (plus incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage a team of advisors/agents for life insurance sales.
• Generate business through advisors and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
• Guide, train, and motivate advisors to improve performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the advisor team.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with branch managers to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and implement effective sales techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (Any discipline).
• Experience: 1–4 years in sales (Life Insurance/FMCG/BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of advisors.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven & target-focused.
• Good understanding of local market and customer needs.
