About The Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level Business Development Executives to join our on-site sales team in India. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. You will be trained on our sales process, CRM workflows, and employer engagement strategies while working towards clear monthly targets.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted research.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, and document requirements to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deal progression in the CRM; update dashboards and weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to coordinate employer demos, placements, and follow-ups ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and revenue contribution while improving conversion metrics.
  • Participate in structured sales training, role-plays, and feedback sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance improvement.
