Education : Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and social media.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable ERP solutions

Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations

Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team for customization

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in CRM

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Keep updated on ERP features, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years in software sales (ERP sales experience a plus)

Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience using CRM software and MS Office tools

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years

Location: Shyamal

Salary: No Bar for right candidates.
