Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Indore Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Job Description We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to grow our customer base and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting prospects into clients through phone calls or meetings. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online research, or field visits. Call prospective customers to pitch products/services and understand their requirements. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain and update the lead database and daily activity reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) for smooth client onboarding. Attend meetings, demos, or presentations as required. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (or regional language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM). Goal-oriented and self-driven personality. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
