Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Phase 8, Mohali, Punjab Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month Shift: Day Shift, Comfortable in US shift also sometime Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Work Mode: Work from Office Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Mohali . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in using modern tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-based prompt tools to drive business outreach and sales conversions. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication and relationship building * Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and others for lead sourcing * Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to improve research, proposal drafting, and outreach efficiency * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries * Prepare customized proposals and presentations for client meetings * Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong post-sale relationships * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations * Maintain CRM data accurately and track the sales pipeline and communication history Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline * 1–2 years of experience in a business development or sales-related role (preferably in IT or services) * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B sales portals * Familiarity with AI tools and prompt writing for automation, productivity, and content generation * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills Goal-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow Good to Have: * Prior experience in the IT services, web development domain * Understanding of the international market and client communication protocols * Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms If you're passionate about growth, technology, and modern business development strategies — we'd love to hear from you!
