Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential Premises for new stores within the allotted area, considering factors like: - Competition - Accessibility 2. Conduct market research and analyze: - Population density - Competitor store performance - Local market trends 3. Negotiate rent and lease terms with property owners. 4. Gather and document location-specific data 5. Prepare and present location reports, including: - Site photographs - Maps - Market analysis 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure alignment with business objectives. 7. Maintain relationships with owners and local authorities.
