  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential customers (students, parents, institutions) using platforms like LinkedIn, CRM tools, and market reports
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s offerings
  • Client Engagement
  • Schedule and conduct counseling sessions with students and parents
  • Understand learning needs and recommend suitable edtech solutions
  • Sales & Conversion
  • Use consultative selling techniques to convert leads into paying customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks
  • Relationship Building
  • Build trust with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
