Position Summary
We are looking for dynamic and confident
NAT Invitation Career Guidance Expert
who can engage with prospective learners and parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions.The ideal candidate should connect naturally with learners in their
native language
, evaluate engagement from prior webinars or demos, and guide them toward the right career path.

2–3 months Internship + Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one interviews with students to assess interest and understanding post webinars or demos.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for program enrollment.
- Provide personalized guidance and counseling to learners and parents.
- Address queries and objections empathetically, highlighting the value of NxtWave programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records and feedback within the CRM system.

Requirements
- Experience: 0–1 year in EdTech, B2C Inside Sales, or Counseling-led Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Languages: Native fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia, or Malayalam with excellent English communication.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Structured approach to lead follow-up and target achievement.
- Empathetic, patient, and learner-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or telecalling tools.
Work Location & Schedule
- Work Type: Work from Home
- Training Location: Hyderabad
- Work Days: 6-day work week (Rotational week-offs; not on Sat–Sun)
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
