Are you a proactive, detail-driven professional with a knack for tenders and a passion for environmental services? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with Tendering experience to help streamline and scale our proposal and tendering operations — while also driving smart lead generation strategies across the development approvals In this role, you’ll play a key part in two critical areas: 1. Fee Proposals & Tender ManagementPreparing fee proposals, a tender using a templated, semi-automated system. You’ll be responsible for:Preparing client proposals using our standard RFP letter, scope templates, and fee structures (provided).Coordinating regulatory reviews for land parcels by navigating relevant government portals to identify Matters of Environmental Significance (we’ll train you on how to generate these maps/reports quickly).Drafting and assembling quotes with precision and professionalism.Ensuring proposals meet submission deadlines with a high level of accuracy and polish.Supporting and potentially managing outsourcing of low-skill tasks for efficiency. 2. Lead Generation & OutreachYou’ll also play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by:Monitoring public development application portals (Council and State Government websites).Identifying potential projects that are likely to require environmental assessments and approvals.Reaching out to prospects with tailored unsolicited bids using our standard offering.Maintaining a lead database and helping transition qualified leads into full proposals and RFPs. What You BringExperience preparing tenders, fee proposals, or RFPs — ideally in professional or technical services.Familiarity with environmental planning, development applications, or government regulations is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.Confidence using online tools, mapping platforms, and government data portals.Excellent written communication and organisational skills.Self-starter attitude you can manage time, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
