Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
Utilize various channels for lead generation and conversion, including online platforms and social media.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
Experience working in an office environment with standard office hours.
Industry: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
