Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of BB Champ Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Airtel broadband services to potential customers, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Proactively identifying and acquiring new broadband customers in a defined territory.

Sales & Lead Generation: Generating leads, explaining product features, and convincing potential customers to purchase broadband connections.

Customer Engagement: Engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information, address inquiries, and build rapport.

Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for Airtel Broadband services.

Product Knowledge: Staying updated on Airtel's broadband products, features, and offers.

Customer Support: Providing basic customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.

Reporting: Marking attendance in the Airtel app and performing other required duties.

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree.

Experience: Field sales experience, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the Telecom or FMCG sectors.

Transportation: Must own and have a two-wheeler for personal transportation.

Location: An in-person, field-based role requiring direct customer interaction.
