Design, configure, and integrate BAW components based on business requirements and use cases. Participate in requirement gathering and analysis sessions to understand client needs. Create and deploy workflow automation solutions that integrate with other systems like IBM, BPM, and other enterprise applications. Optimize workflows and processes for performance and scalability. Develop and customize BAW services, interfaces, and processes to meet specific business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within BAW applications. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and testers. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BAW solutions. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) development or related technologies. Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.). Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems. Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles. Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages. Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies. Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to have): Certification in IBM BPM, BAW, or related technologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
