As an Interior Site Engineer, you will be the on-site leader ensuring that interior construction projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and site workers to transform design concepts into reality while meeting all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior construction projects. Coordinate activities between architects, designers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines, budgets, and design specifications. Implement quality control measures at every stage to guarantee the finishing and structural integrity of interiors. Review and interpret construction drawings and CAD plans, making adjustments when necessary. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Manage subcontractors and site workers through effective supervision and daily briefings. Prepare, maintain, and submit project documentation, including progress reports and site logs. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to prevent delays. Oversee procurement and on-time delivery of materials required for interior fit-out works. Required Skills Strong project management capabilities with proven experience in interior site supervision. Proficiency in CAD and other design software tools. Ability to lead site teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior construction site management. Experience working with commercial and/or residential interior projects. Strong knowledge of material specifications and interior fit-out processes. Familiarity with project planning tools and reporting systems.
