Handling Batch monitoring tasks scheduling and administration Strong administrative experience with job scheduling software Redwood RMJ Perform scheduling package database calendar date object maintenance APIs Time windows and time frames Analysis design test and implement automated processes Troubleshoot and solve scheduling issues and conflicts Manipulate scheduled processes to accommodate customer requested changes Automate triggers and variable input parameters Analysis and perform acceptable condition code Analysis and perform resource definition and control Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests own the request through successful completion Experience with establishing and documenting policies and procedures pertaining to automated scheduling and other production support analyst duties Ability to mentor team members in various areas of expertise Solid understanding of documentation and production support activities Understand a largescale 24x7 production environment Ability to prioritize workload across multiple customers software tools and operating systems Should be ready to work rotational and Night shifts Solid communication and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork skills Migration from Non cloud to RMJ is added advantage Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
