Job Description

Job Brief:

Architectural Design & Strategy:

Design and implement robust, scalable SAP system architectures.
Define SAP infrastructure standards and best practices.
Lead SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching.

System Management:

Monitor and optimize SAP system performance.
Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups.
Manage SAP user accounts and authorizations.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure SAP system security and data integrity.
Perform regular audits and enforce compliance with SAP policies.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align SAP architecture with business goals.
Mentor junior BASIS administrators and guide cross-functional teams.

Documentation & Support:

Maintain system documentation for BASIS procedures and disaster recovery.
Provide technical support and resolve complex SAP BASIS issues.

Proven experience as an SAP BASIS Architect (10+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with SAP sizing, migrations (DMO), and system copies.
SAP BASIS or SAP Certified Technology Specialist certification.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
