Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment. Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients. Handle cash, card transactions, and billing processes efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf, including workstations, seating areas, and equipment. Follow all food safety and health regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations. Address customer queries and complaints professionally to enhance their experience.
