Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to company recipes and standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about the menu. Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas. Handle cash register and POS transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with training new baristas or trainees when needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications: Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and cash handling experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
