i) Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
ii) Food Preparation : Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer specifications. Assist with preparing and serving food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods.
iii) Equipment Handling : Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
iv) Workstation Maintenance : Keep the work area, equipment, and seating areas clean and sanitized.
v) Stock Update : Restock supplies like coffee beans, cups, and syrups, and assist with inventory tasks.
