Barista

As a Barista at Fashion TV Cafs, your primary role will be to manage beverage preparation and service with a focus on delivering premium-quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks while upholding the luxury brand standards of the cafe. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffees, teas, smoothies, frapps, and signature drinks. - Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, presentation, and portioning across all beverages served. - Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other cafe equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Engage with guests in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. - Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage preparation techniques, latte art, hygiene practices, and speed of service. - Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and adhere to hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards at all times. - Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed. - Collaborate with management to suggest new drink ideas, seasonal specials, and participate in menu updates and promotions. Requirements: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Barista in cafes or premium F&B establishments. - Profound knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso-based beverages, latte art, and cafe operations. - Certification in barista skills or coffee training would be advantageous. - Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
