Qualifications And Skills Proficient in creating latte art to provide visually pleasing coffee beverages to customers. Skilled in operating an espresso machine to prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks. Strong customer service abilities, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment for patrons. Experience in using POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and order supplies as needed. Competent in various coffee brewing techniques to offer a diverse range of coffee selections. Understanding of food safety standards to ensure hygiene and safety in all food and beverage preparations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and serve customers promptly. Roles And Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all coffee-making equipment is clean and well-maintained. Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or feedback.
