Customer Experience: Ensure a premium and memorable guest experience through attentive service, quality offerings, and a refined ambience. Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of bartenders and bar backs; schedule shifts and maintain performance standards. Menu & Beverage Innovation: Work with mixologists and chefs to curate signature cocktails and premium drink menus that align with brand positioning. Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, vendor relationships, and budgeting to minimize waste and control beverage costs. Compliance: Ensure all bar operations comply with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. Sales & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams for events, promotions, and guest bartending nights to boost visibility and sales. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 4–6 years of bar management experience, preferably in luxury or fine-dining venues. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Guest-first approach with a strong eye for detail and quality.
