Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Bar Manager / Bar Star — someone who isn’t just an expert behind the bar but also shines in front of the camera. You’ll lead the beverage program, drive new menu launches, and be the face of our bar culture online and on-site.

This is not your typical manager role — it’s for someone who brings flair, leadership, and star power.

What You’ll Do

• Create & Curate: Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and bar experiences.

• Lead with Energy: Manage bar operations, inventory, and team training with a focus on creativity, consistency, and guest engagement.

• Be the Face: Record engaging video content, cocktail tutorials, and event stories for our social media and brand channels.

• Host & Connect: Engage with guests, influencers, and collaborators — making everyone feel like part of the Brick & Branch community.

• Elevate Standards: Maintain top-tier hygiene, presentation, and service quality while mentoring your bar team.

• Collaborate: Work with marketing and culinary teams for menu launches, collaborations, and PR events.

You Are

• A natural storyteller with excellent spoken English and on-camera confidence.

• A skilled mixologist who understands bartending techniques, ingredients, balance, and presentation.

• Experienced in menu creation, bar management, and team leadership (3–5 years preferred).

• Up-to-date with global bar trends, spirits, and hospitality culture.

• Energetic, curious, social — someone who can light up a room and an Instagram reel.

• Based in (or open to moving to) Hyderabad.

• Have experience hosting bar events, guest shifts, or competitions.

• Are passionate about local ingredients and sustainable bartending.

• Have a strong sense of style and presentation — both in cocktails and personal brand.
