Bar Executive

About Us:
Merlis Hotels is a premier hospitality destination in Coimbatore, known for its elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and world-class dining experiences. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Executive to join our dynamic team and elevate our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure high service standards.
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering.
• Create and maintain an appealing and efficient bar environment.
• Develop new cocktails and beverage menus in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff.
• Handle guest feedback and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and assist in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a 4/5-star hotel).
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
