So, what’s the gig?

At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Bar Executive who’s passionate about beverages, service, and creating memorable experiences behind the counter. You’ll support the Beverage Manager and lead bartenders in ensuring consistency, quality, and energy across the bar.

You’ll combine great product knowledge with hands-on leadership — making sure our guests enjoy not just great drinks, but great moments.

The good stuff you’ll own

• Support daily bar operations: Oversee bar setup, cleanliness, and organization to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Be a beverage expert: Maintain a strong understanding of our craft beers, cocktails, and beverage offerings to confidently recommend and upsell to guests.
• Lead and motivate the bar team: Assist in scheduling, training, and mentoring bartenders and barbacks to deliver consistently high-quality service.
• Ensure product quality: Monitor beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards in line with brand expectations.
• Handle inventory & stock control: Track daily consumption, assist with requisitions, and ensure accurate documentation and minimal wastage.
• Collaborate for excellence: Work closely with the Beverage Manager and floor team to align service flow, promotions, and events.
• Engage guests with personality: Interact with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and making them feel part of the 2 Pints experience.

• 3–6 years of bar or beverage experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Excellent product knowledge — especially in craft beers and cocktails.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, energetic, and always guest-focused.
• Skilled in inventory management and basic cost control.
• Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering quality with consistency.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
