Working Hours: 9 hours per day

VGP Heritage features beautiful banquet halls, lawns, and mall areas, ideal for hosting weddings, parties, get-togethers, and corporate events.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all banquet events including weddings, receptions, corporate functions, and private parties.
• Supervise banquet setup, service, and clean-up to ensure smooth event operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for seamless event execution.
• Monitor staff performance, allocate duties, and provide necessary training.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Banquet or Event Manager in a hotel, resort, or banquet facility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during events.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
