Profile : Bankruptcy Specialist Exp. : 2 Years Location : Bellandur , Bangalore Mode : Work form office ( 5 Days ) Shift : Night Shift Facilities : Cab both Side Skills : Bankruptcy , US Mortgage , Lose mitigation , Chapter - 7 & 12 Role and Responsibilities Bankruptcy Case Management : Review bankruptcy petitions and legal documents Monitor bankruptcy plans, filing deadlines, and requirements for creditor claims. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Review and track legal requirements related to the servicing of loans under Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and other types of bankruptcies. Liaison Between Borrower and Lender: Collaborate with loan servicing teams to provide accurate account information, payment history, and balances to courts and bankruptcy trustees. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit all required documents, including proofs of claims, court motions, and other bankruptcy filings. Ensure that all bankruptcy-related documentation is submitted on time and is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal standards.
