Role Overview

Pristine Developers is looking for an experienced Banking Software & Operations Specialist to manage and streamline all banking-related software, portals, and digital applications used within the organization. This role does not involve coding; it focuses on coordination, system operations, issue escalation, and ensuring smooth functioning of all banking platforms connected to our business. Candidates with a banking background and strong knowledge of digital banking operations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

? Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking software and digital banking portals used by Pristine Developers. ? Coordinate with banks, software vendors, IT teams, and internal departments for system updates, issue resolution, and technical support. ? Ensure smooth functioning of online banking portals, payment systems, fund transfer tools, and company banking dashboards. ? Manage user creation, access rights, security settings, and compliance requirements across banking applications. ? Support internal teams in daily banking operations, including payments, reconciliations, approvals, and transaction tracking. ? Identify system issues, raise tickets, follow up with banks/vendors, and ensure timely closure. ? Maintain systematic documentation of processes, logins, workflows, and audit trails. ? Conduct basic training for employees on navigating banking software and portals. ? Coordinate with ERP teams wherever banking integration is involved.

Candidate Requirements

? 510 years of experience in banking operations, digital banking support, backendbanking processes, or similar roles ? Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Banking / Finance / IT / Business ? Strong knowledge of banking portals, digital payment tools, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS systems, and corporate banking platforms. ? Ability to manage multiple banking software systems efficiently. ? Excellent coordination, communication, and troubleshooting skills. ? Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of banking workflows and security standards.
