Roles And Responsibilities Work closely with banking channel and bancassurance teams to generate leads and drive insurance sales through warm referrals and the banks existing customer base . Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance products such as term insurance , ULIPs , and investment-linked insurance plans . Provide personalized financial planning advice, helping customers understand risk coverage , wealth protection , and investment options . Promote a wide range of insurance solutions aligned with clients' needs while meeting sales targets and other performance metrics. Engage in cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value and strengthen customer relationship management . Maintain regular follow-ups and offer after-sales service to build long-term client trust. Educate clients on insurance benefits , retirement planning , and family protection , empowering them to make informed financial decisions. Stay informed about IRDAI regulations , industry trends , and market dynamics affecting the insurance and BFSI sector . Key Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration , Finance , Marketing , or a related field. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance , financial services , or the BFSI industry . Excellent communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills. Proficient in insurance products , investment advisory , and financial services sales techniques . Proven record in target achievement , sales conversion , and lead generation .
