Competencies: Work with banking operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience Take over from BNPL sales team at the point of credit approval drive documentation, customer creation, limit set ups, disbursement Coordinate between enterprises and bank teams to manage any issues that might be faced on a day to day basis Collaborate and review along with onboarding teams to ensure that program roll outs are expedited and completed within timelines Skills: Have in-depth understanding of legal documentation, banking operation processes Customer interaction experience would be an advantage Good communication skills Should be willing to travel extensively
