Job Description

About the Role:

Banking Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Assist customers with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and service requests.
Provide accurate and timely information about banking products and services.

2. Banking Operations

Handle daily branch operations including cash management, account updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
Process transactions such as fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT, cheque clearing, and loan applications.

3. Sales & Business Development

Promote and cross-sell banking products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.y

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in banking, financial services, customer service, or sales.
Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC/AML norms, and operational processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
