Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing the needs of our clients Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Conduct financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets Assist customers with account inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers Continuously strive to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures Sales and customer service experience is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
