Roles and Responsibilities Sell bank products such as credit cards, insurance policies, loans, mutual funds, etc. to meet customer needs. Meet daily targets set by the organization for new business acquisition and cross-selling existing products. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify potential customers and build relationships to increase sales revenue. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in banca sales or related field (banking sales, retail sales). Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
