Very rude employees. Minimum wage employee with the worst attitude was acting like she's paying for my flight. This employee is not doing her job, she is just surviving one day at a time. She was busy gossiping instead of addressing my asks. Appalling experience.

Pathetic is the only word the way you can explain there services. If you book a flight once and system fails due their website mistake , then you have to wait for 45 minutes to proceed another booking. Honestly they don't care about emergency
