Job Description

5 to 15 years in
Construction (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural & Utility)
& Execution of EPC project - BOP

Role & responsibilities

Partnership with Project Manager: Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure the construction project is progressing as planned. Youll be helping to monitor and GUI the projects daily operations.
Materials and Equipment: Make sure that necessary materials and equipment are stored properly at site and retrieved for installation for erection purpose. Reconciliation of constructions material on periodic basis.
Labor Management: Oversee the evaluating process of skill sets, ensuring Laboure's are appropriately assigned tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations for both skilled and unskilled workers.
Work Scheduling and Task Assignment: Develop a daily work schedule for the construction team, assign specific tasks to workers, and ensure the work is completed as per the outlined plans.
Timely Completion: Ensure the project is completed on time by maintaining an efficient workflow, solving any delays quickly, and managing resources effectively.
Preparation monthly measurements for customers certification & invoicing.
Certifying the sub-contractor’s measurements & payments
