Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves managing sales operations, leading training sessions, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in conducting Training sessions and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the packaging industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is desirable.
