Role Description

Bakery Chef – New Product Development & Quality

Qualifications

Strong baking skills, including cake preparation, baking, and decorating
Experience in developing new products and conducting recipe trials
Ability to train and guide staff on baking techniques and proper execution
Understanding of ingredients, their quality, and how they affect the final product
Attention to detail and precision in recipe adherence and decorating
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Ability to maintain consistency and quality across products
Good time management, organizational skills, and team collaboration
Experience in a bakery or similar environment is a plus
Culinary degree or relevant certification is beneficial
