Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes and quality standards. Create new bakery items and seasonal menu specials with creativity and attention to trends. Manage daily production schedules to ensure consistent product availability and freshness. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies. Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and taste standards before display or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff or assistants as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
