Our first venture, a plant-based intimate cafe named pause..., was launched in February 2025 and is located in Bandra, Mumbai, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Eutierria Ventures Private Limited in Mumbai. The Baker will be responsible for baking and preparing food items such as desserts, cookies and bread on a daily basis to meet the cafe's requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Bakery and Baking Specialization in making desserts, cakes, cookies, and breads Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety guidelines Creativity in developing new recipes Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working in a plant-based cafe or bakery is a plus Show more Show less
